10KT YG Hand-Carved Left Facing Shell Cameo Pin/Brooch w/Safety Clasp, Signed. This beautifully hand-carved, left facing shell cameo is set in a yellow gold 10KT bezel and signed by the artist. Signature is difficult to decipher, and possibly reads Zoomg? The graceful image of the woman in profile features a straight-slope nose and pointed chin, upswept, partially braided locks. Note the fine and delicate attention to detail in the hand carving, particularly in the curling locks of hair. Brooch/Pendant is finished with a safety clasp. This cameo measures 36mm tall from top of bale by 29.5mm wide. Length: 36mm tall by 29.5mm wide; shell measures 31mm tall by 24.6mm wide. Signed by artist, but hard to decipher; possibly reads Zoomg?
